COSAC has looked at the procedures and practices of scrutiny of European Union matters in the EU national Parliaments on three occassions:
1. In May 2005, in the Third Bi-annual Report of COSAC - Chapters 2 and 3;
2. In October 2007, in the Eighth Bi-annual Report of COSAC - Chapter 1;
3. In May 2010, in the Thirteenth Bi-annual Report of COSAC - Chapter 1.
