On Monday 13 September 2004, the States-General of The Netherlands will host a meeting of the chairpersons of the community and European affairs committees and a representative of the European Parliament in The Hague, in agreement with art. 2.3 of the Cosac rules of procedure. It is with great pleasure that we take this opportunity to invite you to attend.
Enclosed, you will find a draft programme for the conference as well as registration forms. It would be greatly appreciated if you could return the latter by the end of July.
As was the case at the chairpersons’ meetings in Dublin and Rome, interpretation will be provided in English and French only.
